You will receive a 108 page licensed manual containing a synopsis of the Think On Your Feet® formats for easy study plus examples, worksheets, checklists and memory-jogging wallet cards.  There is also access to an on-line refresher module and a monthly newsletter providing reminders, tips and ongoing reinforcement.

At the conclusion of the workshop you will receive a CPD Certificate for 6.5hrs and an offer of complimentary on-going advice and consultancy (via ‘phone and email) from the accredited facilitator of the program.

This could assist specifically in areas such as negotiating, bargaining, structuring e-mails, job interviews, participating effectively in meetings and dealing with difficult individuals.
