Workload concerns: from base grade to senior level staff

In this webinar, Alanna Geary (Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer, Metro North HHS) will talk about how she promotes and supports workload concerns both at the base grade level and for more senior nursing and midwifery staff. The session will also cover the importance of all nurses and midwives submitting workload reporting forms to ensure their workload issues are documented and escalated.
