Private hospital and aged care bargaining: Improving your wages and conditions

The QNMU has commenced negotiations for many private hospital and aged care agreements. The aim is to negotiate improved wages and conditions, but our ability to do this is dependent on QNMU members’ involvement in the bargaining process.

If you work in a private hospital or an aged care facility and you’re due for a new agreement, you will have received (or will be receiving) a newsletter containing a link to a log of claims survey. It is vital you complete this short survey so we know what you want in your new enterprise agreement.

Are your details up-to-date?

To ensure you receive important emails from the QNMU including bargaining updates, check that your QNMU membership details are up-to-date (including your workplace/s).
