Knowledge is power and it is vital for members to understand and more importantly ensure agreement provisions are complied with across QH.

• Look at strength of membership 
• Understand clause changes EB10 to EB11
• Look at current issues and use EB11 to enforce change 
• Looking forward to EB12, what do we need to be prepared for?
• Make a “VOW” or a ‘plan’ to create change in your workplace
