EB11 is now in place but what has changed?  Find out how to make the most of the rights and conditions contained in your new QH EB11 Nursing and Midwifery Agreement. Knowledge is power and it is vital for members to understand and more importantly ensure agreement provisions are complied with across QH.

Members, Workplace Reps and delegates attending this course will:

• Explore how QMNU made change in 2022 with EB11
• Look at strength of membership 
• Understand clause changes EB10 to EB11
• Look at current issues and use EB11 to enforce change 
• Looking forward to EB12, what do we need to be prepared for?
• Make a “VOW” or a ‘plan’ to create change in your workplace
