The QNMU has a member representation policy for when you need assistance with problems at work.

Our policy enables us to ensure the right people are available to assist you. When things go wrong, we’re here to help!

We recently updated our member representation policy, and we encourage QNMU members to read the updated policy here.

Last year the QNMU servicing team assisted more than 1500 members with work related problems, ranging from wage disputes and disciplinary matters, all the way through to unfair dismissals and discrimination claims. 

Over the same period, we helped 189 members with issues regarding AHPRA, our registration body.
