After extensive consultation with QNMU members through their local branches, the QNMU has formally notified Queensland Health (QH) that the offer for an in-principle agreement is acceptable to go to a ballot of all QH nurses and midwives.

Once final approval has been granted from the government for the offer to go out to ballot, there will be a period of 14 days in which all nurses and midwives will be able to read and familiarise themselves with the in-principle agreement. The offer will then be put to a ballot, and all nurses and midwives employed by QH and the Department of Education will be asked to vote either yes or no to the in-principle agreement becoming your EB11 enterprise agreement.
