Sessions will address midwifery leadership, workforce challenges, and models of care, alongside practical approaches for managing workload and escalation, advocacy, collaboration, and professional networking.

Additionally, the sessions will focus on activism and the importance of collective action in advancing the midwifery profession and addressing systemic issues.
