Fees are based on your classification and an average of the actual hours you work, working out to around 1% of your income (on a tax deductible basis). Please ensure you are paying the correct membership fee . Paying an incorrect fee can affect your industrial and professional coverage.

A QNMU  “student member”  means a member who is: 

*  Undertaking in a full-time capacity an accredited undergraduate nursing and/or midwifery course through university or Technical and Further Education (TAFE) that upon completion will result in registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency;

*  Who is not engaged in nursing/midwifery work; and

* Has no nursing and/or midwifery qualifications.
