Workloads remain one of the biggest concerns for QNMU members.

This webinar will:

• explore the industrial and professional mechanisms available to address workload pressures
• share real stories of members winning safer workloads, and
• provide practical strategies you and your colleagues can apply in your own workplace.

Whether you work in the public, private, or aged care sector, this session will give you the tools and confidence to act on workload issues.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• recognise and identify unsafe workload issues
• understand how to report workload concerns and why it matters
• escalate workload issues effectively to achieve safer outcomes.

This webinar is open to all QNMU members and provides 2 CPD hours.
