Workplace Gender Equality Agency annual compliance report 2026

In accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act), the QNMU has submitted its annual compliance report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). Copies of the Employer Public Report & the Employee Data Table can be accessed via the links below.

WGEA is an Australian Government statutory agency established under the Act and is responsible for promoting and improving gender equality in Australian workplaces.

Under the Act, non-public sector employers with 100 or more employees, including the QNMU, are required to submit an annual report to WGEA covering the preceding 12-month reporting period.
