This resource has been developed for Queensland Nurses and Midwives’ Union members as a record-keeping tool on professional development and continuing education. It is recommended that it be kept up to date and stored with other education and development materials—for example, certificates of attendance at training/conferences or a record of the goals contained in annual performance appraisals. This booklet provides one single reference point where your professional development and education activities can be summarised and would be a useful resource when you need to update your resumé or summarise activities when applying for a new job, or if you are audited under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme.
