Overpayments - Queensland Health

Overpayments are identified by QH in various ways, including internal reviews and audits. When QH identifies an overpayment they will notify you via your payroll advice on MyHR. If you have been overpaid for whatever reason, QH is obliged by legislation to recover that money. However, sometimes overpayments identified are not correct and you have a right to challenge the alleged overpayment. Payroll Recovery Services is the unit which deals with all overpayment issue.
