Unfair dismissal State jurisdiction

If you are employed in the Queensland public sector, for example, in Queensland Health (QH) your employment is governed by the Industrial Relations Act 2016 (the IR Act). If you have been unfairly dismissed, you may be entitled to take a case to the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC).
