Our Annual Conference is the democratic policy-making forum of the QNMU. Decisions made at conference inform the direction of the union and its future activities. 
 
The decision-making structure of the QNMU is democratic and the participation of members is fundamental to our effective functioning. Annual Conference is made up of Councillors and Delegates who represent members from each local branch of the QNMU. Formal elections of branch Delegate and Alternate Delegate positions are held every two years.
