This course is open to QH members only.
The BPRG are an important and critical resource to managers and supervisors to ensure an environment that provides safe and high-quality care. It is a pivotal function in the delivery of quality frontline services. This training will assist you with the development of rosters to ensure there are the right staff available, and the necessary skills and training required to form the basis for decision making.
