Do you and your colleagues have an issue at your workplace that you want solved but aren’t sure where to start? This course is for you!
Over a day, you will learn how to problem solve, analyse your power, understand your rights at work, get ideas for action and escalate your concerns to the relevant decision maker.
By the end of this course, participants will:

be able to apply problem solving frameworks to their local issues

understand how to use their industrial entitlements to support solutions
•
understand and practice negotiation skills
•
create a plan for action in their workplace
