Labour Day celebrations in Queensland provide the opportunity to reflect upon the achievements of union members and our supporters in the community and their ability to change the course of history. Queenslanders have always celebrated Labour Day in May, and it has a special place in Queensland history.
Come along, share the fun, socialise and show the world how proud you are of your union and your profession.
10am - Flag raising at the Village Green, Ruthven Street, next to the Art Gallery
10.30am - Assemble for Union Shirts, hats and flags
11am - March starts and finishes on Hall Lane
After the march, head to the Armitage Centre on Neil Street (Between Toowoomba Police Station and Empire Theatre)
Family entertainment including jumping castle, face painting and music. Food and drinks available.
Don't forget to grab a free QNMU t-shirt at the start of the event to wear proudly.
Please let us know your preferred shirt size during registration. This way we can ensure we pack enough shirts for everyone!

Kids sizes - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12
